Violins of Hope features 65+ Holocaust era instruments recovered and restored by Israeli luthiers Amnon Weinstein and his son, Avshalom. They belonged to Jewish musicians before and during the Holocaust – some who survived, and some who did not – and each has a story to tell. These stories will be told and these instruments will be both displayed and played in a series of exhibits and concerts.
