About our Keynote Speaker:
Jonah Platt is one of America’s most trusted voices on modern Jewish identity, culture, and current events. He hosts the award-winning podcast Being Jewish with Jonah Platt, known for deeply honest and personal conversations with notable Jewish figures and allies. With a combined social media following of over 400,000 and millions of engagements, Jonah uses his platform to empower, educate, and explore issues affecting the Jewish community – with his signature positivity, nuance, and compassion. A celebrated entertainment multi-hyphenate, Jonah’s credits span screen, stage, and studio – from acting in the Oscar-nominated Being the Ricardos and Broadway’s Wicked to writing for multiple TV comedies, voicing beloved animated characters, and producing his first feature film, The Mensch, shooting this fall. He is also a sought-after singer and musician, award-winning vocal arranger, director of improv and theater, and is cowriting the musical adaptation of Lois Lowry’s bestselling novel, THE GIVER. Jonah was recently honored with California’s inaugural Community Excellence Award for Combating Antisemitism, Holocaust Museum LA’s inaugural Roz & Abner Goldstine Advocacy Award, and is currently pursuing his master’s in antisemitism studies at Gratz College.
