The Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton, in partnership with the Montgomery County Emergency Management Agency, is hosting a free Response to Active Shooters/Threats training. Your ability to understand, recognize and react to an active shooter/threat has a profound effect on the outcome. If you’ve never thought about it before, in the moment it’s too late. This program outlines and provides the proper context for the Department of Homeland Security’s Run, Hide, Fight program. Learn best practices to deal with the aftermath of an active shooter/threat with valuable information on training and supplies you’ll need to make a difference.
