- Recognize common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges.
- Understand how to interact with a person in crisis.
- Know how to connect a person with help.

MHFA training is a hybrid format, with about 2 hours of required pre-work to be completed online before the Sunday, August 6 session. You cannot receive MHFA certification without completing the online and in-person components. The pre-work must be completed no later than Thursday, August 3 at 12:00 p.m.
You will be emailed the link to start your online learning after you register for the course.
