The Food They Brought with Them: Jewish Immigration and the Culinary Experience with Dr. Judy Chesen.
Local restaurateurs who came as immigrants to this country will discuss their motivations with Judy Chesen for coming to America. They also will talk about what inspired them to embark on careers in the restaurant business.
Dr. Judy Chesen will be joined by:
