Community Shabbat: A Celebration with Family and Friends

Join with the community for a Shabbat celebration with family and friends of all ages. Experience tradition, community, and joy during a Kabbalat Shabbat program. Enjoy a family-style kosher meal while participating in a camp-style song session.

Dinner includes:
Apricot chicken, Israeli couscous, green beans (vegan option: glazed eggplant, rice with chickpeas), spinach and berry salad, hummus and onion dip with carrots and celery, mini pita chips and tams tams, petite sweet & sour beef meatballs, and fresh challah knots. Plus, we will have schnitzel fingers with BBQ dip and applesauce for the kids! Brownies and fruit for dessert. Meal will be served family style.

This event is made possible through Prizmah and an Innovation grant. In partnership with PJ Library, PJ Our Way, Hillel Academy of Greater Dayton, and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Dayton.

Registration is now closed; we cannot accept walk-ins for this event.
