This webinar will provide an overview of the importance of prioritizing and maintaining mental health during these strange and challenging times. Participants will also learn simple and practical techniques and interventions to not only get through the Pandemic, but to grow and improve holistically during this time.
The COVID19 pandemic has impacted the very structure and fabric of our society with unprecedented changes and challenges. With the predominant focus being on physical health and safety, other elements of wellness may be overlooked. Mental health is also essential for comprehensive health and happiness. Social distancing, stay-at-home orders, and online exclusive interactions can take their toll on emotional health, potentially leading to increased hopelessness, anxiety, loneliness, compulsive or addiction use of technology, as well as numerous other consequences.
