P2G & Munio Gallery COVID-19 Photo Exhibition

1 July 2020

Partnership2Gether Western Galilee and Munio Gallery have Collaboratively created the COVID-19 Photo Exhibition. The gallery is a curated collection of photos shot by Israeli, Hungarian and American amateur photographer. The photos were shot at time of COVID-19 induced quarantine or social distancing effecting those countries, and most of the world. For three months, life took a different shape, and we hope this gallery authentically conveys the story of March-May, 2020.

A local community member, Stephen Goldberg, submitted a photo to the gallery and it is now live under the “outdoors” section.

Here is a message from Stephen:

I was asked to share one photo I took recently that best represents this time of the Corona / COVID-19 situation. My photo was selected as one submitted from the Partnership to appear in the gallery. There are many photos and mine is near the end of the OUTDOOR section,

Efrat, the director of the gallery and the Kibbutz’s tourists center, will have a gallery talk on July 10 in the morning. For this Gallery talk, he has requested several of us create a short video to share the stories behind our photo or about our life and our community and how we have been dealing with the challenging days of Covid 19.

The title of his photo is “Childhood Memories” It is a photograph of a small playground near his home in Centerville.
