Tuesdays at the J: Yoga

Join us for an all levels yoga class with Elissa Dinsmore, a 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). Elissa teaches vinyasa flow yoga. Vinyasa is about matching breathing and movement together. This is done in a supportive environment so if it’s your first time, you should feel comfortable. But, if you want to work a little harder, there are options for that as well. There will be a couple of mats available, but it’s always good to bring your own too.
