The events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6 deeply distress the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton community. Violence is never acceptable, regardless of political inclinations. We join with our many friends in disappointment and apprehension at the recent hostility and unrest evident throughout our nation.
This week I finished reading the book “Hum If You Don’t Know the Words” by Bianca Marais. I was incredibly touched by the ending.
Over the past six weeks, there have been times where many of us have perhaps struggled to feel anything outside of worry, fear, and stress. The Coronavirus pandemic has changed our world dramatically.
